US Workplace Harassment and Discrimination: Learner Selection
This seventh edition US workplace harassment and discrimination course for managers and non-managers encompasses recently updated guidance from the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Learners will develop skills to recognize, avoid, and report or address workplace harassment and discrimination without fear of retaliation.
The course describes ways to obtain assistance within our organization and from relevant agencies. It explains that managers have additional responsibilities to maintain a workplace free from harassment and discrimination and immediately address any reports of it. This course is designed for all states (including California) with and without general harassment training requirements.
