Everyone communicates in ways sometimes not intended. In addition to what we say, we also may communicate with our eyes, through gestures, with our body, and in other ways. These “micro-behaviors” can communicate both positive and negative messages. The more we understand them, the better we can manage what we communicate.

When selecting the quantity, please select the number of employees that will be trained and require a license to this course.  As purchaser, you will act as an administrator, add learners from your company, and assign the training to each learner.
